Many small entrepreneurs are trapped in financial turmoil due to the constant pressure from the pandemic which has caused them to fall into debt which eventually led to the closure of the business.
However, after making the sad decision to close their small business, new obstacles arise such as long-term store rentals.
Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman Bruce Billson told SBS, long-term leases are not a new problem for small businesses, but the financial pressures are getting bigger as the pandemic continues.
