Dr dr FX Wikan Indrarto,a specialist in children’s health at the Panti Rapih hospital and chairperson of the Yogyakarta branch of the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) believes there is a need for a change in patient and doctor attitudes towards the provision of efficient and effective health services.
