It was always going to be tough on 12 October in Japan. The Socceroos have had an unhappy record against the Japanese national football team over the last decade. The Socceroos lost but until late in the game the result could have been different. Why?


Robbie Gaspar was the first Australian footballer to play in Indonesia. He is currently a Player Development Manager, a football ambassador and a member of the Australia Indonesia Business Council.  Talking with Sri Dean he assesses the Socceroos’ performance with an eye on the positives.
