The Disability Royal Commission says Australia's COVID lockdown should not be relaxed until all persons with disabilities have been vaccinated, or at least offered one.

A new report from the Disability Royal Commission says some vaccines aimed at people with disabilities are not available when care for the elderly is a priority.

The commission also said information on how to get vaccinated was not clearly provided.

The findings are contained in a draft report that also highlights the failure of the federal government to roll out vaccines in the disability community.
