On voting day Ribut Lupiyanto, Deputy Director for the Center of Public Capacity Acceleration and Drs Amri Yusra, a lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the University of Indonesia, discuss issues surrounding the successful conduct of the election of regional heads (Pilkada).
