Unfairly dismissed 20 years ago, Timotius Kambu continues his battle with Freeport Indonesia to get justice

Since 2001, Rimotius Kambu has been seeking justice for the way he was treated by the giant mining corporation Freeport Indonesia. A series of court cases at different levels found that Freeport had illegally dismissed Timotius[L1] . As a result, Freeport was obliged to reimburse him with his unpaid wages and to employ Timotius again. But this has not happened. Why? [L1]


Timotius Kambu is a determined person who trained himself in law to fight his legal battles with Freeport Indonesia.  He explains to Sri Dean the history of his case and why he has faith that justice will be done.
