What are visitors looking for at the "Taste of Indonesia" festival in Melbourne?

Located at Queen Victoria Market Melbourne, the "Taste of Indonesia" event celebrating Indonesia's 80th independence anniversary was held on 30 and 31 August.

This annual culinary festival showcased a variety of Indonesian specialities, including traditional snacks and desserts.

Despite intermittent rain, festival-goers' enthusiasm remained undampened as they sampled the delicious Indonesian cuisine made locally in Melbourne.
SBS Indonesian spoke with several visitors to discover their favourite foods and their views on efforts to introduce Indonesian cuisine to Melbourne's multicultural community.
