Hopefully the AFC Women’s Asian Cup tournament has inspired girls across Asia to take up soccer. But the player development process for soccer players is so important. Elika Halim is a great example.

Robbie Gasper has outstanding experience in soccer in both Indonesia and Australia.  He now is a Player Development Manager, a director of the Indonesia Institute and a soccer ambassador.  Elika Halim, is a member of the Senior Squad for the Camden Tigers in the Football NSW league.
