Voting is compulsory in Australia, at whatever level of government. On the 26th of November Victorians will decide whether they want to re-elect the current government or decide to have a new one. But what do they really expect from the government?

Dr Paul Thomas is a freelance translator, an Academic (Monash University affiliated) and a writer of ‘Talking North’. Santi Whiteside is from Mental Health Foundation Australia. They both express their expectations from the new Victorian Government, regard less who will win the election.
