After 90 days, as promised, US intelligence agencies have delivered a report to President Joe Biden on the origins of the coronavirus pandemic. It is currently classified and inconclusive, and China has hit back, questioning Mr Biden's motive.

The World Health Organisation [[WHO]] is at odds with China over research into coronavirus origins.

The international scientists dispatched to China by the WHO say the search has stalled and warned that the window of opportunity for solving the mystery is closing fast.

In May, President Joe Biden ordered US intelligence officials to investigate the origins of the pandemic and report back within 90 days.

The report failed to definitively conclude whether the virus had jumped to humans via animals or emerged from a laboratory accident.
