Dr Peter McCawley is former Dean of the Asian Development Bank Institute and Visiting Fellow, Arndt-Corden Economics Division & Indonesia Project ANU College of Asia and the Pacific. Ratih Arruum Listiyandini is a clinical psychologist and mental health expert.  They discuss the economic and psychological impact of the new policy in Job Seeker payments.
