This week the guest of our segment on the new Italian immigration toAustralia is 32-year-old Domenico De Marco, who arrived in this country with a Working Holiday Visa in March 2011. Born in Milan, Domenico since the age of 14 years showed a penchant for cooking and today, 18 years later, he's about to realise his dream: to manage a restaurant that in addition to being an eatery is also an inn and a meeting place. The "Locale" - this is, incidentally, the name of the bisiness - is not, however, in a big city, but in Hepburn Springs, a small rural town not far from Ballarat, in central Victoria. But what are the challenges Domenico faced in the past six years in Australia?
