AFP investigate after suspicious package found at Adelaide Airport

Terminal One of Adelaide Airport has been locked down after the discovery.

Australian Federal Police are investigating after a suspicious package was found at Adelaide Airport.

AFP said the item was found at a goods point and is now being assessed by a police Bomb Response Team.

Terminal One of the airport has also been cordoned off while police investigate.

SA Police are directing traffic outside of the airport.

The PM Scott Morrison is speaking now.
