Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and rosemary
Ingredients
500g of spaghetti
350g of ripe cherry tomatoes
3-4 rosemary sprigs
3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
Extra virgin oil
Salt
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Boil the spaghetti in salted water (10 g of salt for each litre) of water.
In a saucepan heat the oil. When the oil is very hot put the rosemary sprigs and fry for a minute. Add the cherry tomatoes (cut in half) and the garlic finely chopped. Season with salt and stir until the tomatoes release their juices. Add the pasta and toss. Top with Parmesan. Garnish with a few leaves of basil.

Ingredients

1 large hot chilli
3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Parmesan
Preparation
Cook the spaghetti in a large pot adding 10g of salt for each litre of water.
Four or five minutes the pasta is ready to be drained, in a large saucepan warm the oil at low heat. Add the garlic and chilli and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add the pasta and toss until the spaghetti are fully blended with the sauce. Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
