A Taste of Verdi is organised by Italian for Opera Lovers and Cook Speak Play with the support of the Consulate of Italy in Perth. The event is articulated in 4 nights, once a week from 6.30 to 8.45 pm. Every night begins with a talk on Verdi and his music, with a guided listening to select arias. Then the scene will move into the kitchen where unique flavours from Verdi's birthplace will be on display. We spoke with one of the event organisers, Aureliana Di Rollo.
