Il nido degli uccelli (The Bird's Nest) is the exhibition that opens tonight at the Italian Cultural Institute Melbourne, curated by Fabrizio Urettini.


Curator Fabrizio Urettini has brought to Australia a series of previously unpublished photos by Gabriele Milelli, who was a student in Rome in the 1960s. Through his photographs a little known story emerges, shedding new light on what 1968 meant for Italy and Europe in general.
