Acquacotta, Emiko's new book

Australian-Japanese cookbooks' author Emiko Davies, who has been living in Italy for a few years, comes back with a new book: "Acquacotta: Recipes and Stories from Tuscany's Secret Silver Coast". The book is a collection of recipes inspired by the traditional cuisine of Maremma published by Hardie Grants.
