Anti-government protests spread throughout Iran

Anti-government demonstrations have continued for a fifth day, and Iran state TV has confirmed at least 10 people have been killed during the biggest protests since the pro-reform unrest of 2009.


The Iranian President has played down the protests, saying the criticism and protests are an opportunity not a threat. But leaders, such as United States President Donald Trump, believe change within the country is needed, with Mr Trump throwing his support behind the anti-government protesters.
