Vito, the founder of Vannella Cheese Australia, began stretching and moulding mozzarella in Italy in the 1970s. Today he brought his family’s tradition of handcrafted cheese to Australia. His daughter, Annarita Vannella, talks about the foundation of their family enterprise in Australia.
