Trained as a pizzaiolo in the streets of Rome, Andrea Caroli has been looking for his place in Australia until he finally came up with the right idea: a mobile woodfired oven to cater street food at markets, communities and home events. This is the story of Cicciopizza.
Andrea named his business in honour of his uncle Ciccio, a partigiano, an Italian guerilla fighter, who rose against the fascists during the WWII.

Ciccio is also an affectionate name which roughly translates as my "chubby mate", suprisingly aligning with the Australian tradition of larakin comradery.
