Behind the scenes of Chef of The Year

Michael Cole is the chef of the year in Australia, elected by a jury in the finals of the competition, which took place at the Melbourne Exhibition Building. Among the twenty-six finalists was Italian chef Nicola Roberti, head of the South Yarra Caffé e Cucina restaurant. He gave us an insight into the competition and the final event.
