Federico is a 5 year old boy born in Australia from Italian parents who have been in Sydney for seven years on a 457 visa. He was rejected by his local school because his parents are temporary visa holders and the school can't cater for more students. A bureaucratic decision or a discrimination case? Federico's father Silvio Jemma tells us their story.
