US President Donald Trump has announced that he wants to sign an executive order to end the constitutional right of citizenship for US-born children of people who are not American citizens or who are illegal immigrants.


The Fourteenth Amendment guarantees this right for anyone born in the US and many experts doubt that the president can cancel it using his own powers.
