Italy is preparing to face the start of Phase 2, but the regions are far from aligned and each has drawn up ad hoc ordinances for their own jurisdictions.


The reopening of manufacturing activities will bring over 4 million workers back into business. All the others will be able to leave their homes, not only for shopping or for health reasons, but also for excercising in parks and to visit relatives and "stable affections".
