Elisabetta Minervini: recipes of a modern Italian mum

Elisabetta Minervini is the co-founder of Alma Books, a London-based publisher. She is currently visiting Australia to present her cook book "Mammissima. Family Cooking from a Modern Italian Mamma". We caught up with her to talk about her publishing house, her book and the events she will be involved with in Australia.
