From Futsal to Soccer. Interview to Luca Oppici

Did you know that Messi, Iniesta and Cristiano Ronaldo began at an early age to play futsal? It could be coincidence, or not. Perhaps, that is, the skills that are acquired in small children through futsal can be transferred into soccer at a later age and help improve the quality of the players. This is the field of study of a postgraduate student from Victoria University: Luca Oppici. The title of his thesis is: "Transfer of Skill from Futsal to Soccer during Junior Development". Luca talks about his research with Dario Castaldo.
