On 20 August, Greece came out of the third and last international bailout. Its economy will no longer be under the supervision of the so-called troika - composed of the European Union, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
However, the country has reached this goal after eight years of austerity, significant declines in wages and pensions, more than double unemployment compared to the rest of the continent and a collapse of its gross domestic product.
