Gunybi Ganambarr brings Dreamtime to the museum

This week Andrea Candiani of Blackartproject takes us to Darwin, to talk about the 2018 edition of the Telstra Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Awards - or NATSIAA - Australia's most important Aboriginal art prize.

The winner of the 35th edition is Gunybi Ganambarr, an unconventional artist from the remote community of Gan Gan in East Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory. Buyku is the name of his winning work, extremely modern, explained by Andrea Candiani.
