Storms and floods have caused destruction and victims across Italy in the past two weeks.

Mariano Beltrame spoke with SBS Italian only one week after his town of Colle Santa Lucia, in the Dolomits mountains was hit by violent storms which caused destruction both to the natural landscape and to local villages.
