Italy will hold a Constitutional Referendum on the 4th of December 2016. The proposed changes of the Italian Constitution will significantly modify the Italian legislative system. Melbourne RMIT is holding a seminar to understand the referendum proposals.

Hon Marco Fedi, a Member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies and a proponent for voting yes to the referendum proposals.
Dr Giovanni Di Lieto, a lawyer and Lecturer, Bachelor of International Business at Monash University, will present some concerns about the proposed referendums.
Chiara De Lazzari, PhD candidate at Swinburne University of Technology. She is conducting a research on Italian expatriate voting.
