Sun 20.30 SBS - Becoming Bond

The stranger-than-fiction true story of George Lazenby, a poor Australian car mechanic who, through an unbelievable set of circumstances, landed the role of James Bond in On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969), despite having never acted a day in his life. Then after being offered the next seven Bond films and a $1 million signing bonus, he turned it all down. Written and directed by Josh Greenbaum and starring Josh Lawson as a young George, this warm and witty documentary features extensive interviews with Lazenby, who attempts to explain everything.

Sun 12am SBS - Building Star Trek

Building Star Trek is an epic two-hour documentary tracking the restoration of the original Enterprise and the unprecedented search for every remaining original part of the 1966 TV show. The goal: to exhibit as many elements as possible from the Original Series Star Trek bridge around authentic artefacts, props and costumes. Meanwhile every precious and slightly battered relic discovered in the film becomes a jumping off point to tell the incredible stories behind a series that sent popular culture into warp drive.

Mon 23.55 Viceland - National Lampoon's Animal House

When they arrive at college, socially inept freshmen Larry (Thomas Hulce) and Kent (Stephen Furst) attempt to pledge the snooty Omega Theta Pi House, but are summarily rejected. Lowering their standards, they try at the notoriously rowdy Delta Tau Chi House, and get in. The trouble is, the college dean (John Vernon) has it in for the Deltas. He has put them on 'Double Secret Probation' and secretly assigned Omega's president (James Daughton) the task of having their charter revoked.

British art historian Andrew Graham-Dixon and Chef Giorgio Locatelli explore the beautiful east coast of Italy, exploring the country's history, culture, food, art and landscape. They travel from the tip of the heel up Italy's dramatic east coast. Their journey starts in the instep of Italy and the region of Basilicata. Then they move through the south eastern tip of the Italian peninsula and Puglia.
