Since October 18, Chile has moved from stability to chaos: a change that has surprised many, as the country was seen as a model in Latin America, "an oasis" according to president Sebastian Piñera. We talked about the situation with Octavio Avendaño, professor of political science and history at the Universidad de Chile.
