Born in Cagliari in 1924, Marco De Montis arrived in Australia in the 70s. In Canberra he worked in prestigious restaurants also frequented by many federal MPs. He passed away in 2014 a few months before he turned 90. We remember him with this interview recorded shortly before his death.
