MAIE, Associative Movement Italians Abroad is a political party representing Italians abroad active mainly in South America. Now it is trying to branch out in Oceania and its founder Ricardo Merlo has challenged the current representatives of Italian-Australians at the Italian Parliament, who are in his opinion ineffective. We hosted a debate between Mario Fera, newly-minted MAIE candidate in Australia, and PD's Hon. Marco Fedi.
