MotoGp world champion Marc Marquez won the Malaysian Grand Prix at Sepang, ahead of Alex Rins and Johann Zarco.
With three laps remaining, Valentino Rossi was leading, but a fall ended his chances. His younger brother, Luca Marini, won in the Moto2 category.
Meanwhile in Formula 1, Lewis Hamilton has already secured his fifth world title and Italian-Australian rising star, Daniel Ricciardo, has confirmed his intention to end this season which has seen him retire eight times.
