Australia is about to celebrate the first ever Neapolitan Pizza Festival as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival. The Pizza Festival will run 3rd - 6th March along the Riverwalk, Southbank, from 12pm - 9pm and will offer the chance to learn the traditional pizza's secrets and taste pizza from the best pizziaioli from around the world.We spoke with AVPN President, Antonio Pace, and vice president - Massimo Di Porzio - as well as with Johnny Di Francesco and Lucio De Falco.
