Michael Sanz and Josh Butt, aka team Saddleback, won the 2016 Judge's Choice Award for the best homemade salami, chosen from a record field of 102 entries from across Australia. Defending champions Team Home Grown finished second. Third place went to first-time entrants Forza Puglia, a husband and wife team from Thomastown. We interviewed Giuseppe Cerullo of Forza Puglia team.
