This week’s guest of our segment on the new Italian immigration to Australia is chef Fabio Stefanelli, who today also has his own restaurant in Sydney.
A native of Caserta, Fabio arrived in Australia for the first time in 2009, but his situation has stabilised and his dream has come true only recently, after a couple of false starts and negative experiences.
