Gina Ottaway, better known as Nonna Gina, was born in the Italian province of Benevento, but came to Australia as a child.
Recently she took part in the well-known television program MasterChef, in which she cooked - among other things - both the very English Yorkshire Pudding for celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and her very original gnoccheloni (gnocchi + cannelloni). We met her last Sunday at the Norton Street Italian Festa.
