North Korea has suspended talks with South Korea and threatened to cancel the planned summit with United States President Donald Trump. The reason given for cancelling the talks is the South's ongoing military exercises with the U-S. North Korea's state media also says the country may reconsider the summit in Singapore if the U-S insists North Korea give up its nuclear program.
