Our segment on the Italians who have a story to tell today features part two of the life story of chef and successful restaurateur, Alessandro Pavoni. He came to Australia only to learn English, but today Alessandro is instead now firmly "anchored" to his Sydney restaurant, "Ormeggio", the Italian word for mooring.
