Open doors in Italy, closed ports in Europe

After the Paris summit between Italy, France and Germany and before the EU meeting in Tallin, Italy's request for help in the migrants crisis receives both positive and negative responses. We analysed the situation with Paris-based journalist Giampiero Martinotti.
