Orlando Marzo, from Melbourne's Lûmé restaurant, is still celebrating in Europe after being named the world's best bartender by the biggest bartending competition on the planet, WORLD CLASS Global Bartender of the Year 2018. We reached him over the phone to find out more about his profession and his background.
