A newly formed steering committee has launched an ambitious project to build and "Italian College" in Sydney's South West.


Committee member Marco Testa says that thousand of residents of Italian origin, including recent new comers, are living in the area making the project worthwhile.

Sydney's new International Airport (Nancy-Byrd Walton) will be opened in the area in 2026, and new railway and tram stations, highways, commercial centres and homes are about to be build in the west making the Italian College project a very sensible idea.
