Our segment on bilingualism in the Italian-Australian community returns today with the story of Natalie di Pasquale, whose father is of Italian origin and whose mother is Filipino. Natalie's father was born in Australia by Italian parents and one of his grandfathers was Egyptian. English was the language spoken at home, but Natalie became passionate about Italian, initially thanks to a good teacher and then after a trip to Italy.
