After winning the StuditaliA Prize, James Humphris went to Italy for three months to improve the language.

The day after graduating, 17-year-old James Humphris left Cairns (QLD) to go to Italy. The study experience was supposed to last one month, but it soon became an unforgettable life experience that James extended for two more months. James was able to go to Italy thanks to a scholarship made available by the Queensland Department of Education, the Italian Consulate and other Italian institutions.
