After completing a degree in Business Economics, Bruno Conti left Genoa for a working holiday in Australia where surfing would be his top priority.


After a few years, Bruno has put aside his degree and embraced cooking as his future. Having been inspired by Italian chef-author Luca Ciano, Bruno has fallen in love with cooking and is now running Terra, his own catering company in Byron Bay. This is his story.
