Italy’s contribution to gastronomy is undeniable. Between November 20th and 26th, the second Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World is celebrated in over 100 countries. The event aims at promoting the excellence of the Italian culinary traditions in food and wine, as ICE Director Antonietta Baccanari told us.
