Tributes have flowed for former Liberal prime minister Malcolm Fraser following his death at the age of 84. Mr Fraser is credited with being a champion of multiculturalism, reviving Australia's immigration program and extending native-title rights, among his many other achievements. Franca Arena, former NSWs PM, describes him as a towering figure who crossed the political divide.
