The Vocational School for Catering Maffioli Institute and the Loyola College in Watsonia, organized a new kind of student exchange: the students do not just attend the College but have the opportunity to have a work experience in restaurants. Students Filippo Chinellato and Alessio Favaretto are in Melbourne for the exchange and talk about their experience with their teacher Sonia Rizzato.
